Thank you for visiting the homepage of the National Association of Confidential Address Programs (NACAP).  NACAP is a membership organization with the mission to collaborate, strengthen, educate, and advocate for the interests of state and territory confidential address programs and therefore, the people they serve. 

Our goal is to strengthen and support confidential address programs by:

• Creating greater accessibility and visibility; 
• Building foundations of a common identity while respecting states' and
  ​territories' individual needs;
• Being the common voice on emerging issues impacting programs;
• Providing education and awareness; and
• Identifying and communicating best practices.​ ​
